Ain’t she cool in her glasses from the eye doctor? M had her first appointment- just a check-up to see if everything is OK. Apparently, kids should have theirs eyes checked at 1, 3, and 5 and many problems can be fixed if caught before age 3. That’s not something my doctors have ever told me. She did great- everything is OK- and she loved sitting in the moving chair. 🙂 They gave her a developmental screen, and as I figured, the child scored right up there. No specific levels were given, but I knew she was smart… We’re going to have our work cut out for us- keeping her interested in school, I think. She still gives us the best laughs, though…The other night we were driving around Lakewood running errands and trying to find something to eat. M looked out the window’s saying, “M want that ones” at every restaurant we passed. Finally Nate told me that while in the mall she informed him that she was hungry and wanted, “…five pizzas and two pairs of milk.”I LOVE the toddler mind!
